- Choose the right color/variant/size/quantity you would like. For bracelets and necklaces please read the product description for the length of the item. When you are ready, click "Add to cart" or "Buy it Now".
- If you have a "Discount code", you can apply it on the checkout page.
- Confirm all your details and shipping method is correct. When you are ready, click "Continue to payment".
- Finally, enter your payment details. When you are ready, click 'Pay Now'.
Then waiting for shipment. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you your order and shipping confirmation email.
For the usage of the discount code:
- Check to make sure the code was copied properly and click “APPLY”, and then the price will change. If the code still doesn’t work, please contact us: theruizen@gmail.com
- Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used at checkout.

Usually, we can modify the order information for you before delivery, such as zip code, address, product replacement, etc. But please contact us as soon as possible.

- If the product has not been shipped, don't worry, please send us the correct address as soon as possible so that it can be changed.
- If the product has already been shipped, we are sorry for that. Anything can’t be changed in this situation. Maybe you can pay more attention to the logistics, you can get it from your local post office when your package arrives your country. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that we caused.

We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties but sometimes it is out of our control.
If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for payment. Unfortunately, Buddha Stones is unable to advise what taxes/duties charges may be applied to international shipments. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package.

SHIPPING - TRACKING - DELIVERY
Check the email we sent you, where you'll find the package tracking number and the package tracking link.
For made-to-order items, it can take up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear. This is totally normal — it just means your package is on its way to the carrier and waiting to be scanned.
Of course, you can also contact us directly.
Please contact the carrier. Usually, they will resend your package on the next working day, but sometimes they may ask you to pick up your package at your local post office/access point.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Yes! You may return or exchange an item within the first 30 days of your receipt.
- Please note the following return guidelines:
Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Mystery Boxes: All Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sets & Starter Sets: These must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns from bundled or grouped products.

- We will get back to you with the return address in 24-48 hours.
- You can return an item as long as it is unused. Best if the packaging is unopened!
- As soon as we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.
- For refunds, you can expect your money back 1-2 days after we receive the item.
- We pay your refund through credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take 5 workdays to reflect in your bank.
- Please inform us within 30 days of delivery for all returns and exchanges. This is to minimize cases of lost packages.
- Yes, you need to cover shipment if you wish to return an item to us. You may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice.
- To ensure a pleasant experience, we highly advise using a tracking service when returning an item.
Due to differences in shooting lighting, backgrounds, and monitors, color differences are unavoidable. We have minimized the color differences, and the color of the actual product shall prevail.
